From working in a small family business to her role as manager and consultant to organizations of all sizes in the public and private sectors, she enjoys working with organizations to facilitate change using her positive communication and influencing skills. Lesia earned a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy with emphases in Religious Studies and Psychology, from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She has taught in College credit and various K-12 enrichment programs and has earned multiple professional certifications for leadership, behavioral analysis, and effective communication. She is constantly exploring new resources and methods to deliver innovative solutions to meet her clients’ needs. Lesia lives in Erie with her husband and two children. She is a member of several networking groups, and has served as volunteer for Youth in schools and United Way funded initiatives. Personal interests include reading, biking, rollerblading and parent rescue – her personal mission to build community by providing respite support to parents with young children. Meredith WoodruffMeredith Woodruff is Vice President of ABRAXAS Corporation, a large, international risk mitigation technology company based in Herndon, Virginia, through which she consults to USG agencies and private sector corporations and entities. She is also founder and Co-President of COPIA Coaching and Consulting, a woman-owned partnership that provides services to inspire individuals and organizations around the globe to realize their abundant potential, linking women in the third world with those in the first and second. In addition, Ms. Woodruff maintains her own executive coaching practice through her company, Mpact Coaching and Consulting. Ms. Woodruff served more than 25 years as an Operations Officer in the Central Intelligence Agency’s National Clandestine Service (NCS), living and working in Central Eurasia, the Near East, Africa, Europe, and the US. She retired from the NCS in late 2006 as its most senior female officer. Ms. Woodruff earned bachelors degrees in literature and descriptive linguistics from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in educational psychology and counseling from Wayne State University. Ms. Barker is a certified professional coach through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. She received systems coach training from the Center for Right Relationship (ORSC). She also received her B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the North Carolina Association of Business and Professional Coaches and The Coaches Training Institute’s Carolina Coaches community.

Prior to founding Rippleffect Coaching, LLC, Ms. Barker worked as a civil litigator with Taylor, Duane, Barton & Gilman, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, handling a variety of cases at the state and federal level, including insurance defense, bankruptcy, medical malpractice defense and insurance coverage.
