Today’s global marketplace presents increasing challenges for corporate America. Employees are expected to hit the ground running and excel like never before. Employees have high expectations, a record of accomplishment and a belief that they will make a difference in their surroundings. In addition, an employee has the simultaneous pressures of delivering the goals of the organization, working with diverse colleagues while quite possibly managing family challenges. So how does an organization help employees deliver to their potential? How does the organization support employee’s rapid engagement, stumble less, on board well and envision themselves as valued members of the organization? How do we strengthen the inclusion of women and people of color? “Professional Coaching for the Talented Middle” © is an enabler to address these questions.

“Professional Coaching for the Talented Middle” © focuses on employees “stuck on good” which includes middle managers, as well as high potential entry-level employees. It provides coaching in a structured, safe, one on one or small team environment. The goal is to support early and ongoing success for new employees as well as propelled success for existing employees.

Successful coaching requires understanding of both the organization and the client. Therefore, time is spent understanding the needs of the client as well as the organizations culture, direction and goals. Discussions will be held with the leaders of the organization to understand the necessary connections between the client and the organizations success, as well as the expected return on engagement.

Although we coach both men and women and any ethnic group, our primary focus is on women and people of color. There is an amazing amount of untapped brilliance burning in women and people of color. In the workplace, women and people of color often feel stuck, challenged and sometimes alone in corporate America. Coaching offers a solution, provides a roadmap while helping the client develop the strength and tenacity to go forward. Together we will expand existing boundaries.
